Hello Luv ("we," "us") is building an AI personal stylist. We're not live yet — right now this site only collects an email address from people who want to be notified when we open. This page explains what we'll do with that email, and what we plan to do with your data once the product launches. We'll update this policy as we get closer to launch and tell you when we do.
We collect the minimum we need to build a stylist that actually understands you. We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for advertising. You can delete everything you've ever given us at any time.

Everything beyond email is optional. Less data means less personalization, but the app still works.
We do not use your data for ad targeting. We do not sell it. We do not share it with retailers beyond what's necessary to show you their inventory (and they don't see your account).
Hello Luv is free, and stays free. When you buy something through a recommendation we made, we earn a commission from the retailer. That's the whole business model. We're aligned with you, not advertisers — if our suggestions don't fit, we don't get paid.

We never share your data with anyone for marketing or advertising. If we're ever required by law to disclose something, we'll fight overbroad requests and tell you when we legally can.

This site uses one cookie, to remember that you've visited. We don't use third-party tracking cookies. When the product launches, we'll use additional cookies for login sessions only — and we'll update this section before that happens.
Hello Luv is not for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll email everyone on the list and put a notice on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.

This is a placeholder policy. Before we launch, we'll have it reviewed by an actual lawyer and replace this version with the real one. The values it describes — minimum collection, no selling, full deletion — are not placeholders.
